CTR Group is seeking two Accounting Clerks for a manufacturer in the Newport News, VA, area to provide accounting support.
Pay Range : $20 - $25 per Hour with Benefits
SUMMARY :
- Keeping financial records up-to-date.
- Handle bookkeeping following accounting best practices.
- Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing
- Collection phone calls and e-mails as needed
- Preparing and approving POs
- Monitoring vendor statements, wire transfer requests, and other transactions
- Assisting the Controller with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning
- Posting customer checks, vendor payments, and ACH payments
Salary : $20 - $25
