CTR Management Group, LLC is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to support our Federal Trade Commission (FTC) client providing Move & Space Management Support Services.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Includes the following:
- Supervise the move & space management personnel including monitoring attendance, conduct, work schedules, and assigned duties
- Develop work schedules for the move & space management personnel providing support at the FTC HQs and other satellite facilities as needed, to ensure the successful and timely completion of tasks
- Communicate space and facilities department strategies with personnel ensuring established goals and required timeframes are met
- Ensure all service requests are performed in a safe manner, in accordance with the agency’s guidelines and operating procedures
- Develop and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)to ensure the highest quality control and assurance for all assigned tasks
- Attend the various department meetings (scheduled & ah-hoc)
- Provide detailed reports to include tasks assignments, discrepancies, unsolved issues, or areas in need of attention
- Perform various administrative tasks in support of the department and move & space management personnel
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to organize and track a broad range of activities with varying levels of complexity, priority, and timelines, with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work independently, be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills, including handling multiple projects simultaneously and on tight timeframes, while also managing shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain focus and dedication to completing repetitive data entry tasks quickly with high levels of accuracy
- Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing and escalating issues
- Strong communication skills, including interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, and written and oral communication
- 1-3 years of experience using Service Now to process service requests
- 6 years of federal experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, and Teams), with strong skills in Excel and Word
- Experience converting and editing pdf documents
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 90% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity types of machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, telephone, and computer printer.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across the office for various needs
- Occasionally ascend/descend stairs, ladders, or ramps.
- Noise level may be loud at times.
