Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 - Correction Center- Lebanon, OH

cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 . SIGN ON BONUS : $200 Come Join Our Team!

Requirements for Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 :

Any one of the license)

LSW or LPCC

CPR or BLS

Responsibilities of Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 :

Performs as lead worker or independently develops & implements treatment plans for clients, coordinates admission, assessment, evaluation & treatment plans of client's care cycle, provides interventions with acute, more complex clients, handles cases containing numerous factors & problems & provides crisis intervention.
