Help Desk Job Responsibilities:
· Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
· Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
· Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
· Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
At ctrl-it we believe that collaboration key to a successful and ever-expanding technical team which is why this is an in-person job, no remote work.
· Full-time. M-F. Hours flexible between 7am – 5pm
· Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, PTO
· Free parking spot in downtown Honolulu (in our building)
· In-person position, not remote.
Help Desk Qualifications / Skills:
· Problem solving
· LAN knowledge
· Verbal & written communication
· Operating systems
· Customer service

· PC proficiency
· System administration
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
· Systems administration experience
· Prior information technology experience preferred
· Familiarity with Credit Union operations and/or applications a HUGE plus and preferred.
· Network , A or equivalent skill/knowledge preferred
· Strong communication skills and experience with customer support
