Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on oil-free screw air compressors, including changing filters, oil, and air intake filters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
• Replace or repair damaged parts, including bearings, seals, rotors, and valves.
• Respond to service calls to troubleshoot and repair compressor issues.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve compressor efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of direct experience working with oil-free screw air compressors, preferably in a service maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of pneumatic systems, compressors, and related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
