Financial Analyst

CTS Engines is a leading provider of world-class jet engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. CTS specializes in the test, repair, and overhaul of the CF6-50, CF6-80A, CF6-80C2, CF6-80E1, PW2000 and GP7200. Utilizing state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technologies, and a highly skilled workforce, CTS Engines offers comprehensive solutions tailored to meet specific needs. CTS is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a strong attention to detail and a passion for learning and professional growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role primarily supports Customer Service and Operations, along with other departments as needed. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and data analysis, providing critical insights to leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Prepare and analyze bi-weekly job cost forecasts related to customer work orders
• Conduct invoice reviews for large customer work orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Extract and interpret financial data from Quantum to identify trends and cost drivers
• Summarize and present key financial insights to business leaders for strategic decision-making
• Support leadership meetings by compiling reports, analyzing data, and assisting with the prioritization of process improvement initiatives
• Assist in monitoring material costs, identifying trends, and recommending cost-saving opportunities
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses as needed to support business operations and strategic goals
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
  
  

Essential Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Intermediate experience in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
• Ability to apply principal of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Self-starter and comfortable taking initiative while quickly grasping concepts, processes, and ideas
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
