What are the responsibilities and job description for the Records Analyst position at CTS Engines?
- Generate Outgoing LLP Record.
- Provides with Times and Cycles for parts.
- Generates Module Configuration Sheet from Part Routing Tags (Form QC 227) & Component Certs received during the engine assembly process and previous Engine Shop Visit documents for areas not disturbed during the current shop visit.
- Retrieving (Pulling) Vendor Certifications consumed during the engine build-up process from the Vendor Cert storage Files to generate Engine Shop Visit documents.
- Generates SB List from Red Borders and verifying compliance status by review of previous Engine Shop Visit Records.
- Organizing documents received during the engine disassembly/assembly process to prepare for data input.
- Audits engine Mini-pack Forms generated to reflect maintenance performed on engines for accuracy. (I.e. Module Configuration list, SB list, etc.)
- Generate Engine Shop Visit Summary.
- Other duties as assigned by the Records Supervisor from time to time.
