Aerospace Tooling Solutions Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead the development of advanced equipment and tooling solutions that meet the rigorous demands of aerospace product design and manufacturing.
In this role, you will:
- Develop intricate equipment and tooling concepts and specifications to support aerospace product design and manufacturing requirements.
- Oversight of complex tooling projects, including design reviews and creation of detailed drawings.
- Integration of robotics, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Verification of designs for adherence to safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic considerations, and regulatory standards.
- Implementation of best practices into functional process documentation to promote standard work procedures.
- Technical guidance to support engineering changes and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Expertise in using CAD systems such as Catia or SolidWorks.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- An associate degree combined with a minimum of six years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least four years of related experience.
