- Lead Tooling Development: Develop intricate equipment and tooling concepts and specifications to support aerospace product design and manufacturing requirements.
- Drive Innovation: Explore and integrate robotics, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Verify designs for adherence to safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic considerations, and regulatory standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in using CAD systems such as Catia or SolidWorks.
- Blueprint Reading Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Self-Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
