Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving? Join our dynamic team in Renton, Washington, as a Liaison Engineer 4. In this role, you will:
- Develop complex Material Review Board (MRB) dispositions that require innovative solutions and a broad range of technical expertise.
- Propose preliminary design solutions to intricate engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with technical designers to develop effective design solutions.
- Address complex production issues with high impact, providing clear design intent where data may be ambiguous.
- Lead a team of technical personnel, managing issues of limited scope and impact.
- Interface with customers and suppliers to clarify engineering data and customer requirements.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (BSME or BSCE preferred; other engineering degrees considered based on relevant experience).
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in an engineering classification.
- Prior MRB experience.
- Knowledge and experience in structures, composites, or systems.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including 2nd, 3rd, and overtime, as we support manufacturing 24/7.
Citizenship Requirement:
Must have US citizenship or Green Card holder.
