The Role:
We seek an experience in the aviation sector to assist in creating engaging and effective online training programs for pilots, cabin crew, ground crew, and other aviation professionals (from Part 135 to 145 and beyond). You'll leverage your aviation expertise to develop high-quality training materials aligned with industry standards and best practices.
This role ensures our content aligns with industry standards and client needs, solidifying CTS as a trusted training partner. You’ll collaborate with our content team to deliver effective and engaging solutions that meet regulatory and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training frameworks, including learning objectives and assessments.
- Conduct thorough research and collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging online courses.
- Ensure all training materials meet regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., Part 91, Part 135).
- Review and revise course content based on client feedback and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality production and delivery of training materials.
- Provide guidance on aviation regulations, industry best practices, and course content accuracy.
- Assist in project tracking and prioritization to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Overview: In summary, success can be found through a focus on:
- Understanding the aviation industry and the specific training needs from a regulatory standpoint with industry standards and recommended practices in mind.
- Delivering consistent workflow to the development team, ensuring each framework provided is reasonable for its intended purpose.
- Integrating seamlessly as the hub between the spokes of our Training Content Development Team, Customer Success Team, Sales Team, and our clients.
What we consider a must have:
- Practical aviation sector experience (flight, dispatch, maintenance, cabin crew, or air medical)
- Proficiency in aviation terminology and regulations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, CRM, and project management systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
Bonus points for:
- Experience as a pilot/instructor in Part 91/125/135 operations and familiarity with global or FAA standards.
- 3 years of education/curriculum development or instructional experience.
- Knowledge of the learning process, training lifecycle, and material development.
- Polished presentation skills for virtual and in-person engagements.
