CTW Automation is a small NC company that designs and manufactures damper (shock absorber) and spring testing equipment. Our machines are used by major auto and damper manufacturers and auto racing teams worldwide.

We now need an additional service technician to support our shock and spring testing equipment. The position requires working in customer facilities including NASCAR and INDY car race teams unsupervised, including Local day trips, travel throughout the US, and some international travel. When not on the road, you would perform phone support and assist with the service and building of CTW products in our clean, air-conditioned shop, as well as sales support in industry and motorsports.
Candidate must possess.
· Excellent computer skills
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Basic electrical knowledge.
· Able to work unsupervised.
· Ability to Interact with customers to understand and correct issues with little supervision.
The ideal candidate might have experience as an ASE-certified auto mechanic, be a graduate of an engineering or technical school, have a background in factory maintenance, aircraft maintenance, previous motorsport technical background or other field service work.
- Salary commensurate with experience/skill level $45,000-$80,000; position includes paid health insurance, company contributions to HAS, 15 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, IRA retirement program, and profit sharing. Will train a qualified candidate.
