Hotel Bartender

We are seeking Hotel Bartenders s to join the team of our all-new Marriott SpringHill and Towneplace extended stay suites.

As our Hotel Bartender, you will play a crucial role in the upscale and welcoming environment of our bar area. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-motivated and dependable individual who wants to help provide outstanding service to our extended stay guests.

Duties:

• Verify the customers’ ages

• Mix traditional and creative cocktails

• Process payment

• Clean glasses and bar utensils

• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences

• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits

• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift

• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere

Experience:

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails

• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings

• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness

• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive

• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol

• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments

• Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

Hourly wage starting at $10.00 per hour plus tips.

Bi-weekly pay.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week

• Evening shift

Experience:

• Bartending: 2 years (Required)
