Cub Creek Science Camp is a residential summer camp for boys and girls ages 7 to 17. We are dedicated to providing an unforgettable and unique summer camp experience, but above all else, we strive to help our campers gain self-confidence, discover who they are, and make lasting friendships!

Requirements
Work cooperatively with Cabin Counselors and support staff to provide a healthy, safe, and enjoyable camp environment and experience for all campers. Camper Advocates are responsible for supporting cabin counselors in the effective behavior management and emotional support of campers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support cabin counselors and campers in creating a positive cabin environment
- Communicate with cabin counselors, camp office, and program directors on camper wellbeing and experience
- Support camper emotional and behavioral needs with issues such as homesickness and refer and report incidents to camp wellness coordinator and program director
- Assist cabin counselors and special events coordinator in organizing special camper experiences such as sneak outs and birthday celebrations
- Ensure the safety of all campers when participating in camp activities

Benefits
Starting pay $4500 for 12 week summer. Additional $100 credit in camp store for snacks and supplies. Housing, meals, and laundry included. Weekend work is required, this position requires availability to work on-site 7 days a week for the contract period. 2-hour break provided each day, and 1 scheduled day off each week. Additional leadership training and certifications are available to the right candidates, including high ropes course and lifeguard certifications.
Salary : $4,500
