Summary:
This position cleans and sanitizes all tools, knives, equipment and utensils the majority of the shift. Food safety knowledge and practice is an essential function of this job. The individual in this position will support the department by cleaning and sanitizing as well as emptying garbage cans throughout the store. A major goal for this job is to provide exceptional customer service by ensuring the cooking staff has properly clean and sanitized equipment for their shift. Position functions and work hours may vary according to business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Wash, rinse and sanitize and put away containers and equipment parts
Understand and responsibly use of ratio of chemical cleaners to water solutions
Sweep and mop
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
