Cub Eagan East is looking to add a donut fryer to our team! This position requires overnight or early morning availability. Cub Eagan East is hiring for:
- Full Time Overnight Donut Fryer (18 ) – Must be available 11p to 11am; preferred bakery experience.
- Part Time Overnight Donut Fryer (18 ) – Must be available 11p to 11am.
These positions do require weekend availability.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To produce fried bakery products consistent with Cub Foods standards. To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Challenge of this position is meeting daily assigned production schedules and ensuring consistent product quality. Emphasis is placed on working efficiently and at a steady pace to maintain proper production level. Requires ability to recognize and correct any problems affecting product quality. The Bakery Manager determines task priority. Bulk of time is spent on production.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Follows assigned production schedule and complete production in allotted time.
Mixes and fries designated bakery product.
- Knows and uses proper ingredients and amounts.
- Operates mixer at correct speed.
- Monitors product quality consistently.
- Keep fryers clean
- Checks final product for proper appearance.
Knows and uses proper procedures and safety guidelines when using equipment.
Maintains clean and organized work area.
Follows safe work practices and maintain safe conditions for customers and employees.
Communicates effectively and consistently and maintains good working relationships with co-workers and management.
Performs other duties when assigned.
