What are the responsibilities and job description for the HS Asst Volleyball Coach position at Cuba High School?
The Crawford County R2 School District is seeking a high school assistant volleyball coach for the 2025-26 school year. The coach will work under the supervision of the athletic director in accordance with CCR2 and MSHSAA Board Policies. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership in player and staff development, sportsmanship, integrity and character development. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. They must demonstrate adequate knowledge of the skills and strategies of the sport of volleyball. The coach will be required to attend all games and practices during normal, after school practice hours, Tuesday-Saturday and during the set practice window on Mondays. The stipend will start at step 1 of the Extra Duty Stipend Schedule and increase by one step each additional year as a Cuba coach.
Requirements:
- Substitute Certificate
- Completion of all required NFHS, MSHSAA and CCR2 required trainings.
