Our mission is to provide an “escape” through exciting food, beverage and entertainment experiences that celebrate Latin people and culture. Our name, which translates to “a free Cuba,” signifies hope for the future of the treasured island nation.
Founded by two-time James Beard Award winning Chef Guillermo Pernot, Cuba Libre's menus reflect the cuisine served today in paladares (small, privately-owned restaurants) throughout the island nation — chef-crafted versions of traditional and contemporary Cuban dishes.
Our tropical ambiance, vintage décor, upbeat Latin music and menu of “today's Cuban cuisine”, make all of our restaurants a must-see, must-experience dining destination.
