What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nightlife Bottle server position at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar?

Shifts are primarily on Friday and Saturday nights between 8pm and 4 AM. Shifts may also include some holidays and special events on other days of the week.
We are looking for VIP Bottle Servers that are comfortable in figure-hugging outfits designed for physically fit employees.The right person for this role is fun, charismatic, entertaining, and has great sales and guest service skills.
To provide an exceptional nightclub experience, bottle servers help their guests celebrate life in a fast-paced and often loud environment. To be successful, bottle servers must be friendly, courteous, fun-loving, accommodating, reliable and a team player.
Nightlife Bottle Server Job Requirements:
- 1-year prior experience as a cocktail/bottle server or VIP host.
- Have alcohol and cocktail knowledge and skills.
- Excellent grooming/makeup application skills.
- Ability to handle money transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Ability to multitask and work quickly.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Speak, read and write English fluently. Conversational Spanish is helpful.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
