What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nightlife Supervisor position at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar?
If you love Cuban food, Latin music and exciting Nightlife, consider joining our team! We are looking for part time Nightlife Supervisors to effectively and efficiently manage nightlife shifts and operations every Friday and Saturday night until 3am or 4am. We are looking for leaders who can run shifts, keep track of/spot check cash transactions, covers and credit card transactions, monitor schedules, and collaborate with Nightlife Marketing and other FOH managers.
Leadership is essential. We look to our leaders to set the example, coach and develop their teams.
Qualifications:
- 2 years in restaurant industry
- Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol standards
- Be hospitality oriented
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus
- TIPS
- Casino Control Board License
