A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DOG DAYCARE ATTENDANT
As a part-time Dog Daycare Attendant, your day is filled with wagging tails, joyful barks, and boundless canine energy. Each day, you get to be the best friend to many dogs as you create a safe and enriching environment for our clients' furry companions. You carefully supervise their playtime, ensuring everyone gets along. Whether you're engaging in spirited games or organizing stimulating activities, you are creative and compassionate.
With a watchful eye, you maintain a clean and tidy space, always pitching in to make sure the crates are clean, the floors are mopped, and other cleaning tasks are completed. You enjoy that tails wag when our furry friends see your face. Ensuring that they are happy and well taken care of is a great way to spend your day!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DOG DAYCARE ATTENDANT
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform the physical requirements for the job, including lifting up to 30 pounds and spending the majority of the shift on your feet
- Work one Saturday or Sunday shift per week and some holidays

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A DOG DAYCARE ATTENDANT
This animal care position can be either part-time. The typical schedule is four or five days per week, including one weekend shift and either three or four weekday shifts. Shifts can be anywhere between five to eight or nine hours. Some work on holidays can be expected.
