Job Title - IB Engineer Field Data & Trending
Location - Waukesha, WI, 53189 (Onsite)
Pay Range - $40/hr - $55/hr

Position Overview:

The team developing industry-leading X-ray generation subsystems (tubes and generators) is seeking highly motivated engineers to support field data gathering and processing. This role is critical in monitoring and maintaining the large installed base of imaging scanners, supporting field escalations, and driving product quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Installed Base and Field Service Engineering teams to collect and analyze field failure data for product quality improvements.
• Lead field failure data collection and cleansing for X-Ray Tubes and Generators in the Installed Base.
• Connect with service field engineers to gather product failure details and relevant insights.
• Review product machine data and service records to support failure mode classification and root cause analysis (RCA).

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills to assess field data and trends

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
