Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility of extension

Shift Details: 1st Shift 7am - 4pm

Pay Range : $17.9/hr - $19.1/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in electrical systems, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidate will support ongoing production, maintenance, and installation tasks while ensuring machines are properly ramped up and maintained for smooth operations. We're looking for someone with strong technical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and a willingness to support both independent and team-based projects.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and production systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems

• Proficiency in machine setup and start-up operations

• Technical documentation and report handling skills

• Familiarity with safety protocols in an industrial environment

• Ability to follow structured work routines and standard procedures

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance, repair, and installation of production equipment

• Analyze technical problems on-site and complete necessary work orders

• Perform ramp-up, setup, and start procedures for machinery

• Support ongoing installation and engineering projects

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation

• Provide guidance or advice to junior staff as needed

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a production or maintenance environment

• Experience with electrical systems and automated production lines

• Exposure to machine control, parameter settings, and troubleshooting

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in automated line production or broader machine control

• Prior involvement in installation projects or collaboration with industrial engineers

• Ability to operate multiple machines with varying technical demands

• Familiarity with advanced or specialized production equipment

Educational Qualification:

• Completion of 3-year vocational training in a technical or maintenance-related field

• Certifications or coursework in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance (preferred)
