This role involves setting up and utilizing project management tools, leading meetings, and tracking work activities to ensure successful integration and execution of the Sterility Assurance team's responsibilities.
Description Of Role
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate key activities for setting up the Sterility Assurance team within a new company structure. This includes managing both separation and site relocation efforts.
- Coordination and Communication: Lead planning, meetings, updates, and closure of activities related to separation and R&D footprint changes. Ensure clear communication and regular updates to Sterility Assurance management.
- Tool Development: Develop and implement tools that support Sterility Assurance in managing resources, testing, and knowledge transfer. This includes creating tools for requesting Sterility Assurance resources and sample sterilization processing.
- Training and Community Building: Facilitate learning sessions and establish a community of practice within the company to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Project Coordination: Manage planning and execution of separation and footprint activities, including knowledge transfer and contract testing lab services. Provide regular reports to management and the Sterility Assurance team.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with other functions outside Sterility Assurance to ensure alignment and support for projects.
- Tool Development: Create and maintain online tools for resource requests and sample sterilization processing.
- Training Support: Assist in organizing and supporting in-depth "Residency" Training and other related initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Refresh the Rationale / Impact Assessment process and coordinate the Community of Practice (CoP) efforts.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful project execution.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in software tools such as SharePoint and Power BI.
- Coordination Skills: Ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal guidance.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Knowledge of GDP/GMP/GLP practices.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or a science-related field with more than 4 years of relevant experience.
- Evergreen/Bloom Activities: Ensure progress on knowledge transfer, business integrations, and cycle requests.
- Management Updates: Assist in providing regular updates to management.
- Resource Request Tool: Develop a new tool for resource requests.
- Project Support: Provide support for various project management needs.
- Residency Training: Oversee and support residency training initiatives.
- Process Refresh: Update and improve the Rationale / Impact Assessment process.
- Community of Practice Coordination: Manage and coordinate CoP efforts.
