Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector - Manufacturing
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 06 Months Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension
Shift Details: 1st Shift (Fri-Sun/5AM to 6PM)
Pay Range: $18/hr - $19/hr W2

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our manufacturing processes and finished goods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with quality audits, inspection tools, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality audits on in-process and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform tests on refrigerant samples, test charge boards for accuracy, and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist with tool calibration and maintain proper documentation.
• Utilize tools and equipment such as gauges, micrometers, measuring tapes, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines.
• Enter data accurately into databases and operational systems, including SAP or similar platforms.
• Interpret and work from engineering blueprints.
• Identify and report abnormal quality conditions and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Generate inspection tags, reports, and maintain organized workstations.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with quality inspection tools such as dial indicators, micrometers, and verniers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for data entry and quality reporting.
• 1st Article Inspection (FAI) experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and testing procedures.
