Job Description
- This role will manage and implement urgent supplier resourcing projects related to capacity to ensure consistent supply to Waterloo.
- This role will also support day-to-day activities related to prototype requests and/or spot buys to support Continuous Improvement and resourcing efforts.
- This role is responsible for continuous improvement workflow tasks supporting change within Waterloo Tractor.
- Ability to investigate, own, and resolve complex and often ambiguous problem statements and drive to resolution.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to create and maintain new relationships internally with other functions and externally with the supply base to meet team objectives
- Self-starter with the ability to gather data and other inputs to make decisions and take action.
- BA in Business MGMT, Supply Chain, or another related field
- SAP Experience
- Experience creating dashboards and other visual reporting tools (Power BI/Data Analytics/SharePoint/Etc.)
