This will be an onsite position
Flex start time : Working hours can be anywhere between 7 : 30am 5 : 00p
Work min 40hrs / week; may require OT on occasion
Recent college graduates will be considered for this position the bill rate theyre submitted under should reflect their experience level
Must be able to work in a dynamic / fast paced environment ability to multitask
Due to the anticipated large volume of candidates each Supplier will have 2 submittal spots open to them for their candidates. Please keep this in mind when submitting your candidates.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1 or more years of experience working in Supply Management
Experience with Purchasing
1 or more years of experience with Supply Management processes the Requisition to PO process and tools i.e. SAP SRM CP
SAP experience is HIGHLY preferred
1 or more years of experience with negotiations and conflict resolution
1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Outlook Excel Power Point One Note
The ability to prioritize multitask and work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
