Responsibilities :
- Analyzed contracts and drawings to understand project requirements.
- Evaluated contractor estimates for pricing and conformity to project specifications.
- Collaborated with site superintendents and subcontractors to develop and update project schedules.
- Prepared, reviewed, and submitted all project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Organized and conducted meetings with various staff and consultants, representing the company in project meetings.
- Prepared estimates completed material and quantity takeoffs, and cultivated relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.
Requirements
Base Salary : $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 DOE
