As a Senior Business Development Representative in the Bedding Division, you’ll be at the forefront of sales, managing major accounts, expanding business opportunities, and driving revenue. Responsibilities :
- Own and grow key accounts – Build, manage, and expand relationships with major companies, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Drive new business opportunities – Leverage your industry expertise and connections to open doors and develop strategic partnerships.
- Develop winning account strategies – Craft and execute account plans that keep us ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Work closely with design, supply chain, and production teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Be a trusted advisor – Provide expert recommendations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touch-point.

Base Salary : $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 DOE
OTE : $155,000.00 - $165,000.00 - No Cap
Location : Greensboro, NC Area
