PROJECT CONTROLS PROCESS MANAGER
This Position is a Hybrid role that will require onsite in DC area 1-2 days/week
- Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Project Implementation Controls Process:
- Coordinate all Quarterly/Monthly Infrastructure Capital Project Implementation Plan updates
- Report on scope changes, total project budgets versus forecasts, and schedule variances versus forecasts. Reports to include project and portfolio KPIs and variance narratives of projects
- Ensure interdepartmental distribution of new Project Charters and Project Implementation Plans
- Document project contingency use and ensure alignment with Construction Change Order Management (CCOM) System data and project forecasts
- Coordinate Project Charter and Project Implementation Plan addendums.
- Review project overall schedule performance, coordinate with integrated master schedule (IMS)
- Review and update project management and controls processes and procedures; and
- Manage Project Reporting Analyst and the development of a Monthly Capital Program Report.
