We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of a large-scale horizontal infrastructure project. The project involves multiple stakeholders, complex timelines, and high-level coordination between various disciplines, including design, construction, and procurement. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Execution :
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Identify potential risks (technical, financial, environmental, and regulatory) and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met, including managing cost overruns and forecast adjustments.
Ensure the project meets industry standards, local regulations, and health and safety requirements.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project updates.
Oversee the selection, management, and performance of contractors and subcontractors.
Manage the close-out phase, ensuring all deliverables are completed and project documentation is finalized.
