As Unifier Coordinator, responsible for executing and coordinating all Unifier entries from six contractors, including submittals, RFI's, contract documents and correspondence. Processes all coordinated documentation within Unifier. Leads discussion and implementation of the administration of any and all new policies and procedures within Unifier. Mandates adherence to prescribed procedures by all contractors and PDE's for uniformity of system policy. Leads all communication among pertinent parties to identify and resolve any rising issues or conflicts. In role as Power User, responsible for identifying and correcting any mistakes by contractors and PDE's. Upon issuance of new tasks, assign responsible parties to handle compliant communication and all data processing. Produce weekly reports to identify issues and ensure those issues are resolved on a timely basis. Train and develop new users as they are added to Unifier. Responsible for training of new contractors, PDE's, and all staff, including High Priority office.
