This is an internship role for a Financial Data Analytics Training & Internship Program on the PP&C (Program Planning & Controls) team. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to financial reports, data analytics (including data management, data analysis, data modeling, and developing analytical skills). The role will have the opportunity to work on real-world data projects and gain practical experience in the field of financial analytics.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Work closely with our financial team to gather, refine, and analyze extensive datasets, refining skills in data preprocessing and visualization.
* Apply machine learning and data mining methods to derive standard reports and insights from large datasets, including identifying Excel interface structures.
* Utilize Python programming, Power BI, and Alteryx for Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) in practical business contexts, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to construct machine learning pipelines for various applications in financial reporting, optimize model performance, and report validation.
* Acquire and apply advanced analytical techniques using tools like Tableau.
* Create reports and presentations to effectively convey data analysis methodologies and findings.
Minimum Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a college degree showcasing a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth and finance.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely, when needed
Cubic Pay Range:
$20-28/hr.* benefits.
*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
