This position will be responsible for troubleshooting systems, engineering planning, solution development, scheduling, and execution of requirements analysis, systems design, analyses and trade studies, hardware / software design oversight, requirements verification, systems integration, and solution testing. This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will exercise discretionary decision-making authority.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for interfacing with the customer, coordinating deliverables to the customer, field testing and troubleshooting devices, and support all field related issues, including device and back-office applications, reporting, and monitoring.
- Elicit, clarify, define, develop, track and manage customer needs into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Define operational concepts and participates in in-house design reviews and technical status meetings
- Perform analyses and trade studies as necessary to aid in the selection of solution concepts
- Coordinates and develops project concepts, objectives, specifications, and resource needs. May have responsibility for cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned projects.
- Support the project team in defining and documenting the system architecture and design
- Support developing hardware and software designs to ensure compliance with requirements and system design
- Support internal and lead customer software and hardware test planning and oversee test implementation
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines to coordinate and integrate system elements and interfaces to enable integrated teams and project cohesion.
- Perform regular checks and monitor the customer's production environments and take action when an issue is discovered
- Provides assistance to any customer ad-hoc requests within scope
- Works on-site to directly interface with the customer, including monitoring data transactions, identifying and documenting discrepancies and ensuring suspended transactions are reprocessed / reposted
- Builds and maintains customer relationship, satisfaction, and trust
- Test and resolve field issues, including fielded hardware, and mobile & back office applications.
- Provide marketing support, customer / subcontractor liaison, and technical direction to engineers and other company departments
- May serve as a team member to solve engineering problems and develop improved engineering processes
- Perform technical risk management activities and support program risk mitigations
- Other duties as requested
Minimum Requirements :
Cubic Pay Range : 27-34 / hr.
The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
