Customer Success Operations Role
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and implement workflow improvements, including automation, to enhance efficiency and allow Customer Success teams to focus on strategic customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize key Customer Success programs, such as onboarding, internal business reviews, call reviews, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Own Customer Success reporting, analytics, resource planning, and compensation plan administration.
- Support key operational cadences, including OKRs, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Improve the use of Customer Success tooling to reduce manual work and enhance scalability, including leading training sessions.
- Maintain the quality, cleanliness, and completeness of customer data to enable segmentation and targeted outreach.
- Ensure data integrity within Salesforce (SFDC) for accurate reporting and forecasting.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3 years of experience in operations roles, such as revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
- Experience administering tech stacks and tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Zendesk.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS customer success best practices.
- A track record of success in supporting go-to-market teams and driving operational efficiency through automation, data, and AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- A resourceful mindset, finding solutions even in the face of limited information or tools.
