Customer Success Operations Role
What You Will Be Doing
Identify and implement workflow improvements, including automation, to enhance efficiency and allow Customer Success teams to focus on strategic customer engagement.
Manage and optimize key Customer Success programs, such as onboarding, internal business reviews, call reviews, and ongoing training initiatives.
Own Customer Success reporting, analytics, resource planning, and compensation plan administration.
Support key operational cadences, including OKRs, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
Improve the use of Customer Success tooling to reduce manual work and enhance scalability, including leading training sessions.
Maintain the quality, cleanliness, and completeness of customer data to enable segmentation and targeted outreach.
Ensure data integrity within Salesforce (SFDC) for accurate reporting and forecasting.
To be successful in this role, you should have :
3 years of experience in operations roles, such as revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
Experience administering tech stacks and tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Zendesk.
Knowledge of B2B SaaS customer success best practices.
A track record of success in supporting go-to-market teams and driving operational efficiency through automation, data, and AI.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
A resourceful mindset, finding solutions even in the face of limited information or tools.
