Position: CNG Maintenance & Regulation Operator/Technician
Location: Spring Hill, FL

Your role in our success:
Performs a variety of moderately complex duties repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles and moderately complex equipment such as excavators, trenchers, light carts, and others. Performs routine repairs and maintenance to the operations facilities.
What you'll be working on:
- Setup, install, and repair various types of gas distribution and decanting equipment.
- Perform skilled repair, inspection and maintenance on a variety of compressed natural gas, gasoline, and diesel-powered equipment such as trucks, generators, compressors, light carts, meter equipment, tanks, and other equipment.
- Rebuild parts such as regulators, hoses, valves, and associated piping.
- Maintain and repair pneumatic control valves.
- Weld and fabricate equipment parts.
- Perform and schedule preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Support other technicians and team members by helping other personnel with their job duties and training on use of tools.
- Schedule and perform both routine and annual maintenance repairs to the operations equipment.
- Maintain records and prepare basic written reports.
- Read and comprehend service manuals.
- Ensure proper use, care and storage of tools, materials and equipment.
- Assist other technicians with the installation and service of company equipment.
- Assist with maintenance and repair of vehicles and compressors as needed.
- Assist with receiving and issuing inventory as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who you are:
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment and decision-making processes
- Proficient in the use of standard business software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows)
- Knowledgeable in safe operation of tools and equipment including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Knowledgeable of Company safety rules, regulations, procedures and policies
- Knowledgeable of Public Service Commission (PSC}, OSHA, FERC, EPA, etc. requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Performs work tasks and activities in a safe and conscientious manner
- Normal level of visual and hearing ability
- Valid Class A or Class B driver’s license is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain a Commercial Drivers Medical Certification required
