Are you a talented dog groomer with a passion for style and a love for pampering pups? Cuddle Up Pup, located in Blue Springs, MO, is seeking experienced dog groomers to join our team and redefine luxury pet care! In this role, you'll be part of a high-end facility that offers much more than traditional grooming services.
About the Role:
As a Dog Groomer with us, you will be responsible for grooming a minimum of five to eight dogs per day while professionally communicating with clients to cater to their pets' unique needs. Whether you’re applying for part-time or full-time, you must be available to work at least one weekend day.
Preferred Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with clients professionally and meet their dogs’ specific grooming needs.
- Utilize State-of-the-Art Facilities: Work with top-notch equipment, including stylist stations, electrical tables, Master Blaster blow dryers, Bather Box bathing systems, and premium grooming products.
- Take Pride in Your Work: Enjoy a competitive commission rate (W2 position) and receive generous tips from our discerning clientele who value the bond you create with their beloved pets.
- Groom Efficiently: Meet the daily grooming target of five to eight dogs, with potential for growth.
Requirements:
- Grooming Experience: Previous grooming experience is required.
- Own Equipment: Must have your own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears, etc.).
- Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Composed Under Pressure: Remain calm and efficient in high-stress situations.
- Reliable Transportation: Dependable access to transportation for commuting to our luxurious pet resort.
- Commitment to Excellence: A strong dedication to providing high-quality grooming services.
