What You’ll Do:
✔ Greet & assist pet parents – Check in/out furry guests with a warm smile.
✔ Manage client interactions – Answer questions, resolve concerns & maintain records.
✔ Keep things running smoothly – Ensure the lobby stays clean, organized & welcoming.
✔ Support the team – Work closely with coworkers & occasionally coordinate with vet clinics.
What We’re Looking For:
People & pet lover – Enjoys interacting with clients & their four-legged friends.
Great multitasker – Can juggle check-ins, phone calls & scheduling with ease.
Calm under pressure – Handles busy moments with patience & professionalism.
Physically active – Able to lift up to 50 lbs & stay on your feet throughout the day.
Tech-savvy – Comfortable using computers & Microsoft Office.
Reliable & responsible – Strong organizational skills & dependable transportation.
Must be 18 – Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Shift Availability:
Weekdays: 6:45 AM - 2:00 PM | 12:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Weekends: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (must be available for at least one weekend shift)
