What You’ll Do:
Greet pet parents & furry guests with a smile and check them in/out.
Assist clients by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and managing records.
Keep our lobby inviting while assisting with retail sales.
Stay organized and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Friendly & outgoing personality – you love working with people and pets!
✔ Great multitasking skills – able to manage check-ins, calls, and inquiries with ease.
✔ Team player – thrives in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment.
✔ Previous receptionist or customer service experience (a plus, but not required!).
✔ Physically active – comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and staying on your feet.
✔ Tech-savvy – experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
✔ Reliable & punctual – must have dependable transportation.
✔ Must be 18 years old and available for at least one weekend shift.
Shift Options:
Weekdays: 6:45 AM - 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Weekends: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (must be available at least one weekend day)
