About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and guidance to clients.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant financial services experience)
- FINRA Series 6/7 & 63 or 65/66
- Consumer-facing experience and work in a professional environment
- Business development experience

Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Actively seek new client leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Support seminars, workshops, or educational sessions to acquire potential clients and promote financial services.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with our internal team to effectively manage client relationships.
Financial Planning
- Create and deliver holistic financial plans encompassing retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and insurance needs.
- Continuously update financial plans based on changes in clients' circumstances or financial markets.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
- Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice tailored to clients' objectives.
Portfolio Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
- Monitor investment performance and review portfolios regularly to align with clients' objectives and market conditions.
- Execute trades and manage rebalancing activities as needed.
Compliance and Documentation
- Adhere to regulatory standards and compliance requirements in all client interactions and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, financial plans, and transactions.
Continuous Learning and Professional Development
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and financial products.
- Pursue ongoing education and professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) to enhance knowledge and skills.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams such as portfolio managers, analysts, and client service representatives to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Support and mentor junior advisors or team members as needed.
Client Education
- Educate clients on financial principles, investment strategies, and market trends to empower informed decision-making.
