TITLE: Revenue Manager
POSITION CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

POSITION REPORT TO: Global VP of Revenue

SUMMARY: The Revenue Manager will monitor revenue KPI's at the Texas manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for monitoring line and plant efficiencies, direct and indirect costs following new item tests, and working cross-functionally to achieve optimal efficiency.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA in Accounting, or Finance equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in reporting capacity.
- 3 plus years food manufacturing or related production experience
- Understanding of Operations, Planning and Forecasting as it relates to a Company's P&L
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Self starter, experienced working independently
- Experience in NetSuite and/or Plex preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor plants results vs budget, local cost metrics trends and all related activities
- Quantify and measure financial returns vs. production forecast in collaboration with Planning
- Collaborate with the local Accounting/Finance department on daily reports
- Drive the site to meet optimal financial results: provide guidance to Plant Managers and Supervisors on cost targets and standards.
- Daily monitor and analyze production yield, down-time and labor, report weekly
- Monitor, analyze, and report period over period actual results against the budget
- Work closely with operations and warehousing leadership to ensure that all financial transactions and reporting are complete, accurately, and timely: Work in Process and Finished Goods
- Perform frequent walk-throughs of local manufacturing site with Plant Leadership to address production and costing issues and efficiency improvements
- Work closely with R&D and Operations on new items and test runs
- Work closely with Revenue Senior Manager and Revenue Costing Director on local projects
- Document short- and long-term department goals, objectives, in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
