We are seeking a talented and client-focused Interior Designer & Sales Associate to join our luxury furniture showroom, specializing in high-end Italian design. This role blends interior design expertise with a strong sales approach, helping clients curate sophisticated furniture and lighting solutions that reflect their vision and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized design consultations, guiding clients in selecting furniture, materials, and lighting to create refined interiors.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and floor plans using AutoCAD.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, and high-net-worth clients to drive showroom sales.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery while meeting client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, high-end furniture collections, and emerging materials to provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate installations and ensure design integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong interior design background with a keen eye for contemporary luxury aesthetics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Sales experience within high-end furniture, lighting, or interior design is a strong advantage.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of lighting design principles and an understanding of luxury furniture craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage discerning clientele.
- Prior experience in contract negotiation or luxury retail sales is a plus.
