Cuivre River Electric Cooperative is Missouri's largest electric distribution cooperative, located in Troy, Missouri. We are now hiring a Facilities Attendant at our Troy Headquarters. The Facilities Attendant is responsible for maintaining the facility by performing janitorial services, preventative maintenance, the beautification of facilities indoors and outdoors, as well as setting up for meetings and events. The primary responsibility of this position is janitorial.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- One year of janitorial/facilities experience.
Physical Requirements:
Constantly standing to navigate facility, indoors and outdoors. Occasional ascending and descending ladder, stooping, bending, occasionally positioning self in award positions. Constantly lifting 50lbs. Must be able to manipulate fingers to operate tools needed to complete assigned tasks.
