What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry-Level Greenhouse Worker position at Culberson Greenhouses?
This is such a great job if you love working outside in the spring, but it's a physical job and requires so much endurance. We are looking to hire for a full time position.
Job requires assorted duties. You could be asked to do any number of things each day. Move flats of plants, hang baskets, pick up and rack orders, space plants, sweep and clean up greenhouses, work with a planting crew, load up and push racks and carts etc. This job is an entry level job that leads to a path to advance in the business. Please do not apply if you do not want to work hard and cannot handle the summer heat. The position will require you to work with different types of people with many different opinions but we have an amazing group of staff that get along very well.
We will work very long hours in the spring (up to 60-65 hours per week) from the time the weather breaks for spring until Mother's Day.

We give bonuses twice a year and raises are given out as you learn to do more tasks in the business. Starting pay is based on experience.
