What You’ll Do:
- Handle and transmit credit applications from sales offices to risk analysts like a pro.
- Coordinate the credit review process – data entry, document uploads, follow-ups, you name it.
- Maintain risk management documentation, generate ad hoc reports, and make sure everything is polished and compliant.
- Coordinate with credit departments in subsidiaries to prevent duplicated customer risk and support monthly reporting.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and general admin duties that keep the team humming.
What You Bring:
- Have a background in Finance or Accounting – a degree is great, but eagerness counts too.
- Are a Microsoft Office and Excel wiz, and if you’ve dabbled in SAP – bonus points!
- Are detail-oriented, well-organized, and a natural multitasker.
- Communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and take initiative.
- Have 1-2 years of relevant administrative or coordinator experience – ideally within a structured corporate setting.
