Your Role and Impact:
Provide complete Human Resources coverage for this rapidly growing, private equity-backed company headquartered in Houston!
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Manages all Talent Acquisition in regards to recruitment, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Payroll, Benefits and Compensation
- Oversee Payroll Manager; supports and ensures payroll processes are followed within the business unit.
- Conducts benefit analysis, plan management and implementation.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Monitors current hotline and addresses all incoming items.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Policies and HR Compliance
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Administers current policies for the organization
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- 3 years of experience in an HR Management capacity.
- Vast experience with employee relations, performance management, recruiting, benefits, and more.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations or similar.
- Deadline driven and a go-getter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification.
- Oil and Gas Industry experience.
