What are the responsibilities and job description for the BANQUET BARTENDER position at Culinaire?
CULINIARE is in search for experienced and service -riented BANQUET BARTENDERS to work with an amazing team at the Milwaukee Art Museum.
A few main responsibilities are as follows:
· Adhere to alcohol portion control standard
· Alcohol set up of bar for the event pertaining to the BEO
· Responsible for prompt service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
· Interpret and execute table layout and diagram
· Complete all set up and breakdown as needed for each banquet event
· Follow specific job duties in opening/closing and side duties.
· Maintain a friendly, positive and professional attitude and behavior to all clients and guests
· Responsible for making sure that each service accessories are spotless
· Execute specific requirements, as stated in BEO
Qualifications and Skill Set:
· Alcohol or Food Handlers as required by City or State laws
· Two or more years of previous banquet bartender experience
· Carry, lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds
· Manage a face paced environment
· Stand or walk for entire shift
· Resolve issues or problems quickly
