This is a year-round position that offers continuous professional growth and stability beyond the seasonal period. You will play a crucial role in menu development, event catering, and daily culinary management, ensuring culinary excellence alongside the Executive Chef.

You will play a crucial role in menu development, event catering, and daily culinary management, ensuring culinary excellence alongside the Executive Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to manage costs and control expenditures.
- Plan and create innovative menus with the Senior Executive Chef.
- Lead the production and execution of high-quality catering events.
- Manage ordering, inventory, and kitchen staff scheduling.
- Implement new culinary programs in partnership with our marketing and culinary team.
- 3-5 years of culinary or kitchen management experience, with a la carte and catering expertise.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in high-volume, complex food service operations, ideally in a leisure or sports club setting.
- Knowledge of institutional and batch cooking is beneficial.
