Position Title : Director of Dining Services II - Senior Living- Darby, PA

Salary : Up to $85,000 / yr

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department
• Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account
• Interview, hire, and train team members; organize, assign, and oversee tasks; evaluate performance; recognize achievements and address concerns; resolve conflicts and find solutions to issues.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget
• Use company systems to complete necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including inventory, cash reports, production records, and payroll / time-keeping.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for preparation, presentation, sanitation and safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines) and portion control
• Other duties as assigned
